FACTORY COMPLIANCE CYCLE
The above summarizes the Human Rights Department’s engagement with Reebok contracted factories, from the time a new factory is brought on board through the termination of a business relationship.

Reebok's minimum “threshold” standards for factories require that there be no cases of:

  Unauthorized subcontracting
Forced labor
Juvenile workers exposed to hazardous conditions
Minimum age violations
Non-payment of minimum wage and proper overtime, rest, holiday wage
Unavailable/inaccurate time and payroll records
  Intentional discrimination
Deliberate harassment
Retaliation against workers
Active harassment of unions
Major health and safety concerns
Poor fire safety
Denial of access to authorized auditors
