WORKER COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
We always seek to hear from workers. They are one of the most important direct sources for information on factory conditions. They are also the very people our Human Rights Production Standards are designed to protect.
We encourage workers to report problems to factory management through factory-based grievance procedures. However, we understand that sometimes internal systems are insufficient to protect workers. If you, or someone you know, has a specific and verifiable complaint about workplace conditions or treatment of workers in a particular factory producing Reebok products, we encourage you to contact us: rhrworkersuggest@reebok.com.
Our human rights staff will investigate your concerns, in a confidential manner that safeguards the security of workers. If a significant problem is found to exist, we will work with the factory to correct the problem. Individual's identity shall remain confidential. Our Human Rights Production Standards require factories to agree that no worker will be penalized for reporting concerns to Reebok.
Tips: When submitting comments, please provide as much detailed information as possible. The more you can tell us, the more we can do to protect the worker and fix the problem.
