OUR BUSINESS PRACTICES >  OUR COMPLIANCE PROGRAM

We work with the factories that make our products to help improve conditions for workers.

We believe that being open and honest about HOW REEBOK’S PROGRAM WORKS is the best way to communicate what we do, from the time a new factory is brought on board through the termination of a business relationship.

We rely on a combination of approaches to protect workers. OUR COVERAGE & FINDINGS from audits establish whether factories are adhering to our code of conduct and tell us where improvements in workplace conditions are necessary.  However, audits do not tell us how compliance is affected by external factors, such as poor enforcement of government regulations or lack of uniform industry standards.

We have moved BEYOND FACTORY ASSESSMENTS to identify the root causes of noncompliance and to increase the capacity of factories to sustain a quality workplace environment through the establishment of policies, procedures and systems to ensure their implementation.

A DAY IN THE LIFE of OUR TEAM provides examples of the successes and challenges we face in our work to protect the rights of workers.

We seek to meet the expectations of external stakeholders by demonstrating the quality and credibility of our program through our PARTICIPATION with the FAIR LABOR ASSOCIATION.
