OUR BUSINESS PRACTICES > OUR COMPLIANCE PROGRAM > DAY IN THE FIELD

Around the world, Reebok employs over 20 human rights professionals dedicated to improving labor conditions among manufacturers that produce our products.  Turning a code of conduct into reality is a complex process relying heavily on the skill and commitment of our human rights staff.  That’s why we maintain our own in-house compliance field team who we train, support and listen to their needs, ideas and feedback.  Ultimately, they are the eyes and ears of our program.  They spend their days visiting factories, conducting factory inspections, uncovering problems, talking with workers, negotiating with factory management, documenting violations, and working with our partners to find short-term and long-term solutions to problems.

Insight into the day in the life of our field staff shows some of the successes and challenges they face in their work to protect the rights of workers.
