We endeavor for triumphs, big and small, which better the lives of workers. Admittedly, we’ve had our share of setbacks. These only strengthen our resolve to improve conditions for our workers around the world and to strengthen the larger industry-wide commitment to human rights standards.

We require each of the factories we contract with to operate ethically and fairly and to treat their workers with dignity and respect. Since we started in 1992, we developed one of the most comprehensive labor-standards programs in our industry.  While we’re proud of our efforts, we know our program isn’t perfect, so we constantly look for opportunities to improve our program and influence change.
