Since establishing our Production Standards in 1992, we have launched a number of initiatives to improve working conditions. They include internal and independent MONITORING, innovative programs that FOSTER WORKER PARTICIPATION, and EDUCATION AND TRAINING of factory management and workers. We have made improvements in HEALTH AND SAFETY and the promotion of FAIR WAGES, and initiated a number of REGION SPECIFIC ACTIONS in countries where our business partners operate. We also actively seek COLLABORATION WITH NGOS to help us better address the complexity of regional and local labor conditions.
