What is your fitness philosophy?: Being fit provides you with a successful life because a daily workout makes you feel happy and gives you energy. This impacts you, as well as the people around you.
What is the single most inspirational thought you can share with others?: I think fitness is the act of “cleaning the body.” Afterward, you feel more relaxed, comfortable and with a sense of accomplishment.
