I also introduce many props and dance moves along with various training methods to keep my clients interested, motivated and performing at the best of their ability.
What is your fitness philosophy?: Get up and move, whatever way you want to. Your body is an amazing tool. Discover how it works, how it moves. Find your limits and push yourself harder. The human body is extraordinary, take care of it and it will take care of you.
What is the single most inspirational thought you can share with others?: The single most inspirational thought I can share with others is that "Your body is a temple....worship it!"
