The event begins at 10am and ends at 6pm. The CrossFit athletes will start competing at 10am, and for those that last the course, the Awards Ceremony will take place around 6pm.
The RCFFC is a free event but we wish to offer those that register first the chance to watch the action from a grandstand seat. We have a limited number of seats at the event, so register early as seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If there are no tickets available, don't worry, we have lots of standing room too! So feel free to arrive on the day to watch the action.
