Q.What browser version do I need for optimal performance?
A. If you are having troubles with ReebokONE site performance you could be using a browser version that is not supported by the platform. In order for optimal performance please update your browser to the latest version.

Q.How often do I get paid Commission?
A. A link to CJ help doc. As soon as the order has been approved in your ecommerce program within your local market and exceeds the designated time frame defined by the affiliate program.
Q.Why did I not receive my Commission?
A. The buyer may have used a discount which disqualified commissions, purchased a non-commissionable item, used a gift card, or may not have purchased the product through your page. In order to make sure a commission is earned, share your profile to social media sites and comment on products accordingly in your favorite gear module. In your commissions program account you must make sure your banking information is up to date so funds can be distributed.
Q.How do I add products to My Favorite Gear?
A. In My Favorite Gear you can search through the list of fitness products by clicking on the black pencil icon in the upper right hand corner and then clicking on the button add to my favorite gear. You can also comment on items in My Favorite Gear by clicking on the black pencil icon in the upper right hand corner and then clicking on the image of the item. Please refer to the First Tour for any additional information.
Q.How do I become featured in the Instructor Spotlight?
A. ReebokONE admins will define criteria and steps to become a featured instructor which will be communicated once this process has been defined.
Q.How do I apply for ReebokONE?
A. In order to help you better understand the application process we have created a how-to video which explains how to apply for the platform as well as how to upload documentation in order to prove appropriate credentials to be approved for a ReebokONE membership. Watch Video
Q.How do I follow other instructors?
A. When you visit another instructors profile, navigate to the top right of the page and click follow. To Unfollow you can click the same button on the users profile.
Q.How do I share/communicate my profile?
A. ReebokONE provides the fitness community a variety of ways to share and communicate their profile. The vanity URL is a great way to start which will give the branded experience along with direction to your profile page. The instructor can add a variety of links and share their profile at any point in time to other networks. Directly on the site, Find an Instructor allows visitors and other instructors to find you based on criteria.
Q.How do I create or listen to FitLists?
A. To listen to Fitlists or create your own you must have an account with Spotify. If you have playlists you would like to add, right click on the desired playlist and click "copy Spotify URI". Then navigate to your ReebokONE account and paste this into the Manage your FitList overlay. Once you save the information your playlist will populate on your profile. Unless you have a premium account, you will be limited to the hours of music listening and also cannot listen on mobile. Please visit Spotify for further information on how the accounts are structured.
Q.How do I contribute or suggest content for the Industry Insights?
A. E-mail the ReebokONE@reebok.com account with any suggestions or ideas for the module.
Q.Why do I see Commission Junction deposits in my bank account?
A. As a ReebokONE user you signed up for the commissions program and whenever a visitor purchases a product from your ReebokONE page, you will receive a commission. Commission Junction handles all payments to the users, this does not come from Reebok.
Q.What external social networking sites can I link my profile to?
A. When you set up your profile you can link to 9 available social platforms to push content at your leisure. Available platforms include Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and more!
Q.Why does my quote show, but not my About Me Section?
A. The profile allows you to add a quote or about me bio section. However, you cannot have both a quote and bio show up at the same time. If you have added your LinkedIn profile to your social links, it will be presented in the About Me section.
Q.How do I access First Tour?
A. To access the First Tour you will need to click on the Go To Profile icon in the Welcome e-mail sent once your account has been approved. This is also the area where you would set up your vanity URL.
Q.How do I upload pictures onto My Gallery?
A. In order to upload pictures onto the My Gallery module on your ReebokONE profile you must first create an album of pictures on your Facebook page that you would like to upload to your ReebokONE profile. Then navigate to the My Gallery module and click on the black pencil icon in the upper right hand corner. Once there click the Manage Albums button which will open up the various albums that you have on your Facebook page. Check the box in the upper right hand corner of the album you wish to upload and then click the Back button. This will allow you to see all of the pictures in the album and give you the opportunity to edit the pictures by clicking on them individually to add captions or tag any Reebok gear that may be in your pictures. When you are done click the Done button in the lower right hand corner. Any changes that you wish to do to your albums, such as deleting a picture, must be done through your Facebook page, it cannot be done on your ReebokONE profile.
Q.How do I upload a video to My Gallery?
A. In order to upload a video to My Gallery you must first create a playlist on YouTube and click share to get the URL for the playlist. Then go to your ReebokONE profile and click on the black pencil icon in the upper right hand corner of the My Gallery module. Click on Your Videos and copy and paste the playlist URL here.
Q.How do I link my external social networking sites to my profile?
A. Go to your profile and click on the black pencil icon in the upper right hand corner of the center box that has your name in it. This icon will open a list of available external social networking sites that can be linked to your profile. Enter the information requested and it will link those sites up to your profile.
Q.Why does it say to contact Customer Service when trying to login?
A. If you are attempting to login on the page and it says to contact customer support, this most likely means your Reebok.com account has been locked. You can click the forgot password link and reset your account password. Once your Reebok.com account is unlocked you can Apply to ReebokONE with the "Already have a Reebok Account" link which will bypass the first page of signups. If you continue to have issues with logging in, please contact Reebok.com customer support.
Q.Why does my FitList say "error bad gateway 502"?
A. The message is an error with the spotify application that is pulling your playlists into the ReebokONE platform. Once the issue is resolved on spotify it will pull the playlists back in appropriately.
Q.How do I set up my personalized URL?
A. You will need to click "Go To Profile" in the welcome e-mail to access the first tour which starts with setting up your personalized URL. This will also be used when you set up your Commissions account when it asks for what is your website.
Q.Why is my ReebokONE discount not working on eCommerce?
A. When you shop on eCommerce you will need to log in to your reebok account that you signed up for in the ReebokONE registration process. Once you do this it will apply the discount directly to the order. No other discounts can be applied if you are using your ReebokONE discount.

Q.Why aren't my tweets showing up?
A. If your Twitter is set to private or you have not tweeted from your Twitter account in the past, your tweets will not show up on your ReebokONE profile. Please change your privacy settings to resolve this issue.
Q.Where can I ask questions that aren’t answered in the FAQs?
A. Have a question about ReebokONE? Go to The Pulse and click on the Add a question button on the right hand side. Here you can either ask your own question on the left hand side or view one of the pre-existing tutorial videos.
Q.How does Recent Updates work?
A. Recent Updates allows you to easily see what other fitness professionals and gyms are doing on ReebokONE. Only the people that you are following will show up in this module so make sure to follow anyone that you would like to receive updates about!
Q.How can I invite other instructors to join ReebokONE?
A. Inviting instructors to join ReebokONE is easy. Go to My Updates and click on the Invite and Instructor button in your Dashboard at the top of the page. Then enter each instructor’s email address separated by a comma and click Send Invitation.
Q.If my Gym is signed up for ReebokONE can my commissions go directly to them?
A. Once you have been invited to be a part of a gym that you work at you can choose to have any commissions that are generated from your Profile Page go directly towards the gym that you work at. To do this go to Account Settings by clicking on the dropdown menu by your name in the upper left corner of the screen and then click over to the Commission Program Tab. Here you will find a drop down with a list of the gyms who have invited you to connect with them and have created a commission’s account. Choose the gym you would like your commissions to go to and click Save.
Q.Why is there an image of a horn at the top of my profile?
A. The horn notification next to your name on the upper left hand corner of the screen will illuminate whenever another user interacts with you on the site. If someone likes a post you made on The Pulse, requests to follow you, or a gym invites you to join their network as an instructor, the horn symbol will illuminate in the color of your profile. Click on the horn to view these notifications.
Q.What’s the difference between The Pulse and ReebokONE?
A. The ReebokONE site allows you to create a profile and stay up to date on any updates from other users that you follow on the site. The Pulse is where you can further engage with others in the community by creating content such as status updates, blog posts, and calendar events. You can also see content created by other users as well as like or comment on any of their posts.
Q.What is the Contact Now button?
A. You can now use the Contact button to immediately reach out to an instructor, gym, or enthusiast on the ReebokONE site. This button will allow you to easily call or email them.
Q.Help text that is given throughout all the different popups
A. Within each module on the Profile Page there are helpful instructions and tips when you go to edit a section. To view these tips just click on the black pencil icon to edit a section and then click on the small question mark in the upper right corner of the pop-up. This will open a how-to section at the bottom of the pop-up to help you better utilize the features of that particular module.
Q.How do I ask to be a part of a gym that I work at?
A. As a fitness professional you can ask to become a part of a Gym that you work at by going to the My Gym Network module at the top of your Profile Page. Click on the black pencil icon in the right hand corner and click Add New Gym on the bottom left corner. Type in the name of the gym that you would like to add and then click the search icon on the right. When you’ve found the correct gym click the Invite button and they will be alerted that you would like to become a part of their network.
Q.How do I add a location to my Gym Network?
A. To add a Location to your Gym Network that does not have their own ReebokONE gym page, you must first go to your profile page and then click on the black pencil icon in the upper right corner of the My Gym Network module. Click on the Add New Gym button in the bottom left corner and then click Add Location in the bottom right corner. Enter the name of the gym you are trying to locate and click Enter. Possible locations will show up on the map, click on the correct location and then click Add Location. Don’t forget to click Save once you’ve added your new location.
Q.How can I change the order of the locations that I teach at?
A. To manage the order of the locations within the My Gym Network, click on the pencil icon on the upper right corner of the module and then drag and drop the locations into the order in which you would like them to appear in the module. Make sure to click the Done button once they are in the correct order.
Q.As a Gym, how do I add instructors to my Profile Page?
A. Gym pages allow you to add your instructors to your profile page. To do this go to your profile and click on the black pencil icon in the upper right corner of the Teaching Instructors module. Then click Add New Instructor and type in the name of the instructor you are trying to find. Make sure to click on the Search Icon on the right in order to find the instructor then click Invite.
Q.What can I do in the Recent Activity Module on my Profile Page?
A. The Recent Activity module compiles all of your posts on The Pulse into one easy location so visitors to your Profile Page can get an idea of what you post about. You can also easily add Status Updates, Blog Entries, or Forum Threads directly from your Profile Page through this module.
Q.How can I add comments about items in my Favorite Gear?
A. Want to explain why you love a certain item that you added to your Favorite Gear module? You can add a note about each product by clicking on the black pencil icon in the upper right corner of the module and then clicking on the image of the item you would like to comment on. Just type your comment in the text box below the image and click Save.
Q.Can I tag the Reebok products I am wearing in the images in My Gallery?
A. Yes! To tag products click on the black pencil icon in the upper right corner of the My Galley module and then click on the individual picture you would like to edit. Click on the Tag Photo button and then choose the product you want to tag in the image. A pop up of all the product in your My Favorite Gear section will appear, just click on the plus sign in the lower right corner of the image of the product. You must have the product in your My Favorite Gear section in order to tag it in a picture.
Q.How do I upload a video to My Gallery?
A. Uploading videos to My Gallery is easy. First navigate to your Profile Page and click on the black pencil icon in the upper right corner of the My Gallery module. Click on the Your Videos tab on the right and then copy and paste the URL of the video you would like to upload. Once you have added your videos click Update and then Done and the videos will be visible on your profile.
Q.How do I upload pictures onto My Gallery from Instagram?
A. To upload pictures from Instagram to the My Gallery module navigate to the My Gallery module and click on the black pencil icon in the upper right hand corner. Once there click on the Instagram icon and then the Connect to Instagram button. This will bring up all of the pictures you have on your Instagram account. You can filter which pictures you want to show on your profile by entering hashtags. Any pictures with those hashtags will show on your profile and all other images without those hashtags will not be visible. Remember to enter each hashtag individually and press enter between each one. After entering hashtags click Back and then Done to finish the upload process.
Q.How do I upload pictures onto My Gallery from Facebook?
A. In order to upload pictures from Facebook to the My Gallery module you must first create an album of pictures on your Facebook page that you would like to upload to your ReebokONE profile. Then navigate to the My Gallery module and click on the black pencil icon in the upper right hand corner. Once there click on the Facebook icon and then the Connect to Facebook button. Q.How does the Calendar module work?
A. This module lives in your profile and displays events that you have created as well as events you have RSVP’d to. Any event that you create or RSVP to while on The Pulse will also integrate into your calendar on your Profile Page.
Q.Where can I change my Account Settings?
A. Account Settings is where you can go to update your personal information, notification settings, and select a gym to connect to for commission’s purposes. This area can be found in the settings drop down next to your name in the upper left corner of the page.
Q.How can I sign up for a ReebokONE account for my gym?
A. Signing up for a Gym page is a great way to connect with your own instructors and potential instructors for the future. Q.I’m not a certified fitness professional, can I still sign up for ReebokONE?
A. Of course! You can still sign up for ReebokONE as a fitness enthusiast! As an enthusiast you will have your own Profile Page where you can show your interests and personal fitness goals. You can connect and follow fitness professionals and gyms to get updates when they make posts on the ReebokONE site. You can also read articles and watch videos on The Pulse.
Q.I signed up as an enthusiast and just got my certification! Can I upgrade my profile?
A. Yes! All you have to do in order to upgrade your profile from enthusiast to fitness professional is click the Upgrade to Fitness Pro button which is located in your Dashboard in My Updates or at the top of your Profile Page below your name. Fill out the necessary information and upload a copy of your new certification then click Done. Your certification will be verified by a ReebokONE team member before your account is officially upgraded.
Q.Is there a specific place where I can ask questions on The Pulse?
A. Have a question about ReebokONE? Go to The Pulse and click on the Add a question button on the right hand side. Here you can either ask your own question on the left hand side or view one of the pre-existing tutorial videos. There are also additional FAQs available for your convenience in the Support menu. Just click on your name in the upper left hand corner of the ReebokONE page and then click Support to view these FAQs.
Q.How can I connect with other fitness professionals on ReebokONE?
A. ReebokONE allows you to connect with other Fitness Professionals, Gyms, and Fitness Enthusiasts. You can follow other professionals and gyms to receive notifications of any updates or posts they make on their profile. You can also post status updates, blog posts, and more to The Pulse as well as comment on posts by other professionals and gyms.
Q.What is The Pulse?
A. The Pulse allows users of ReebokONE to connect through status updates, blog posts, calendar events, and much more! By signing up for a ReebokONE account you will have access to premium content generated by the ReebokONE team. You will also have the ability to comment or like content posted by other users on The Pulse.
