Come onto your back and bring your knees into your chest for a nice squeeze. Bring your feet back to the ground under your hips. Press your arms on the ground along side your body as you lift your hips and chest up. Try to avoid letting your legs open out to the sides. Hang here for 5 long, deep breaths.
