TARA STILES’ SIDE PLANK
If you're willing to tackle a difficult pose that looks easy, try this side plank practiced by Tara Stiles. It will strengthen your wrists and arms and teach you how to balance and focus for the long day ahead.
Instructions:
Begin on your stomach with your palms on the floor beside your chest. Tucking your toes, lift your core into a plank position, keeping your arms fully extended. Once stabilized in plank position, transfer your weight by lifting your left arm and turning your feet to face front with the rest of your body into side plank, keeping your left foot on top of your right, parallel to the ground.
