HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?
 

WHAT IS THE REEBOK RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer free returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached. If your purchase doesn’t work out, you may return or exchange your Reebok.com product(s) within 30 days. Product(s) must be returned in original condition, including shoe box, and have all pieces present for a full refund. Face Covers, personalized products, and any products marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

MAKE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE ONLINE

 

PURCHASES MADE THROUGH REEBOK ACCOUNT

  1. Sign In to your Reebok account
  2. Go to your Orders.
  3. Select View details on order you want to return.
  4. Click Start your returns.
  5. Select the product(s) you want to return. Then, click Next.
  6. Select the reason why you want to return the product(s).
  7. Confirm your return by clicking DONE. Then, click Next.
  8. Select your return method. Then, click Next.
  9. Review your return. Then click Submit.

 

PURCHASES MADE AS A GUEST

  1. Go to the Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your order number (i.e. RBEC00000000) and email address. Then, click Next to view your order.
  3. Select the product(s) you want to return. Then, click Next.
  4. Select the reason why you want to return the product(s).
  5. Confirm your return by clicking DONE. Then, click Next.
  6. Select your return method. Then, click Next.
  7. Review your return. Then click Submit.

 

EXCHANGES

  1. You may exchange your product for a different size at the same price.
  2. To use free exchanges on reebok.com, the package must be sent physically from within the United States. The return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.
  3. Reach out to customer service to initiate your exchange.
  4. Customer service will provide you with a shipping label.

Face Covers, personalized products, and any products marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE SHIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Print the UPS return label sent to your email. No printer? Save the UPS QR code or return label on your mobile device to show during drop off.
  2. Ensure your return is unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. Footwear must be in the original box and include both shoes. For apparel and accessories, ensure all original pieces are present.
  3. Pack the product(s) you want to return in the original shipping box, or any available to you. If
    you have created more than one return label, package the products separately (one per return label).
  4. Seal the box and place your return label over the original delivery label or show the return UPS QR code or return label during drop off.
  5. Bring your return package to a UPS return drop off location within 7 days. After your return label is created, it is only valid for 7 days before expiring.
  6. Refunds for returns will be issued within 3-5 business days of the return delivery.
  7. For exchanges, we'll ship out your exchange as soon as our warehouse team has processed the returned product. If you do not drop your return item(s) off within 10 days, your exchange order will be canceled. After this, you can still receive a refund by returning your item to the carrier. The refund will be issued once our warehouse team has processed the returned product.

RETURNING YOUR ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE

You may return your reebok.com order at a Reebok retail store within the 30-day return window. The original form of payment and confirmation email, or returns sticker from the shipping box, are required for the store to process your return at the full purchase price. If the receipt is not available, in-store credit is given at the current product price.

 

EXCHANGING YOUR ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE

You may exchange your online order in-store with proof of purchase, if the product is in stock at the same price. Footwear must be in the original box. Contact your local Reebok store for availability.

 

RETURNING YOUR IN-STORE PURCHASE

For items purchased in-store, returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date if merchandise is unworn and
unwashed with original tags attached. Footwear must be in the original box. You may return your order
to any Reebok retail store.


If a Reebok retail store employee placed an in-store order for you with a tablet and you received these items at home, you must return the product(s) by following the online return process outlined above.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Face Covers, personalized products, and any products marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

RETURNING REEBOK ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH ANOTHER RETAILER

If you purchased Reebok products through another retailer or website, it is not possible to return your items to a Reebok retail store or reebok.com. Follow that retailer’s return policy.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days of when the return is processed. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle. If you paid with a Reebok gift card, you will be refunded via a new Reebok eGift card sent to your email. Should you have an issue with your refund, reach out to customer service.
