How do I become a ReebokONE member?

You can join now for free by uploading your trainer certification.

 

Will I get a loyalty card?

No, there is no physical loyalty card for ReebokONE. When shopping online, you should log into your account. When shopping in-store, identify yourself as a member by sharing your email address at checkout or by pulling up your Member ID or Unlocked Pass on your phone. You can access your Member ID or Unlocked Pass by logging into your ReebokONE account on Reebok.com through a mobile device.

 

What is the minimum age to participate?

Due to data laws, you must be 13 years of age or older to become a member.

 

Why should I join ReebokONE?

Membership gives you access to the best of Reebok. You can unlock free exclusive perks such as free shipping and returns on all orders, a birthday gift, exclusive discounts and rewards, early access to products, fitness experiences and more. It’s free to join and you get the premium customer treatment.

 

What is the difference between Reebok UNLOCKED and ReebokONE?

Reebok UNLOCKED is Reebok’s loyalty program for all consumers, in which members earn points and are rewarded for purchases and interactions with the brand.

ReebokONE is Reebok’s loyalty program for fitness professionals and trainers. Members must upload a trainer certification to join and automatically receive a 25% off lifetime discount at checkout. Like Reebok UNLOCKED, ReebokONE members also earn points and are rewarded for purchases and interactions with the brand.

 

HOW THE LEVELS WORK

 

How many levels does ReebokONE have?

There four levels:

  • Level 1 – Member: 0 – 999 points
  • Level 2 – Insider: 1,000 – 2,999 points
  • Level 3 – Premier: 3,000 – 5,999 points
  • Level 4 – Full Access: 6000+ points

 

How are the levels determined?

You earn points with each purchase and interaction. The more points you earn, the higher the level you unlock. If items from a purchase are returned, points are deducted from your account and you may go down a level.

 

HOW POINTS WORK

 

How do I earn points?

You can earn points through purchases and interactions. Make sure you are logged into your ReebokONE account when shopping on Reebok.com. When shopping in-store, identify yourself as a member by sharing your email address at checkout or by pulling up your Member ID or Unlocked Pass on your phone. You can access your Member ID or Unlocked Pass by logging into your ReebokONE account on Reebok.com through a mobile device.

You can earn points four main ways:

  • Create and complete your profile: +100 points
  • Make an online or in-store purchase: +10 points for every $1 spent
  • Rate and review a product (limited to 10/year): +100 points

If items from a purchase are returned, points are deducted from your account.

 

How long will it take for me to see my points in my account?

It can take up to 2-3 days for points to be added to your account.

 

Is there a limit to the number of points I can accumulate?

There is no limit to how many points you can earn. However, the highest level you can reach is Level 4: Full Access.

 

How do I check my current level and points total?

Find your current points balance and status level by logging into Reebok.com and checking your account. You will also receive emails when you move up a level.

 

Can I earn points on Reebok purchases in different countries?

At this time, ReebokONE members can only earn points on purchases made in the country in which they signed up for the program.

 

Is it possible to lose points?

When you return an item, the points earned on that item from a purchase will be deducted from your account. As a result, you may move down a level if your total points after the return falls below the threshold of your current level.

 

I didn’t receive my points or I think my points are incorrect. What do I do?

For points to be correctly allocated to your ReebokONE account, you must be logged in when making purchases and completing interactions online. If you’re making an in-store purchase, you must identify yourself as a member by sharing your email address or showing your Member ID/Unlocked Pass at checkout. If you have not received the points within 2-3 days of making a purchase, contact a Reebok Customer Service agent via Customer Care or call Reebok’s VIP phone service line available to you toll free as a ReebokONE member at 855-970-1743.

 

Can I transfer points to my friends?

Currently, it is not possible to transfer points. You can encourage your fitness professional friends to join ReebokONE by telling them about the perks of this free loyalty program dedicated to trainers.

What types of rewards do I receive as a ReebokONE member?

As a ReebokONE member, you will receive a 25% off lifetime discount on all Reebok.com purchases. All members receive member-exclusive perks such as early access to product drops, access to member-exclusive products, early access to sales and access to special bonus points events. Once you level up to Level 2: Insider, you unlock exclusive rewards from our partners delivered to your inbox each month. As you work your way up to Level 4: Full Access, you unlock even more free gifts, trials and experiences from our partners, including one free year of adidas Runtastic Premium. How do I redeem my 25% off lifetime discount?

Your 25% off lifetime discount will be automatically applied at checkout when you log into your ReebokONE account on Reebok.com. The 25% off lifetime discount is only valid on online purchases. Regular exclusions apply.

 

My reward or promo code is not working, how can I get another one?

Please reach out to a Reebok Customer Service agent via Customer Care or call Reebok’s VIP phone service line available to you toll free as a ReebokONE member at 855-970-1743 if your promo code is not working and an agent will provide you with a new one.

 

TRANSFERING ACCOUNTS>

 

I changed my email address. How can I transfer my account and points to the new one?

Please contact a Reebok Customer Service agent via Customer Care or call Reebok’s VIP phone service line available to you toll free as a ReebokONE member at 855-970-1743. If you close your account and re-open it with the same email address less than one year after deleting it, your points will unfortunately no longer exist. Once an account is deleted, all accumulated points are deleted.

 

I recently became a trainer/fitness professional, how can I transfer my Reebok UNLOCKED account and points to a new ReebokONE account?

To ensure that you keep your Reebok UNLOCKED points and current status level, please contact a Reebok Customer Service agent via Customer Care with your proof of trainer certification to transfer your existing account to a new ReebokONE account.
