Shocker! CrossFit Movements Really Do Help Everyday Life

Ever have one of those weeks where you’re running around crazy for work and laundry starts piling up all over your bedroom floor?

Or what about when you’re unloading groceries from the car and pack two bags to the brim just to avoid making that dreaded second trip to the car to grab a third?

Let’s face it, as much as we may not want to admit it, we’ve all been there—avoiding laundry, doing anything in our power to carry all the groceries at once.
