Why do you teach/train?
I coach all levels but my primary focus is on Youth athletic development.
What classes do you normally teach / what is your training expertise?
Currently I teach online adult fitness, Adult online stick stretch class and youth athletic development program.
How have you adapted your business to still inspire people at home?
Instead of having a gym I now travel to young athlete’s homes. Where I train them from a distance. I also post videos to my social media for people to use at home.

What advice would you give to other fitness professionals to get through these times?
Look at what you do the best and find a platform to offer those services.
How can fitness professionals lift each other up right now?
Best way to be available to each other. By sharing what is working and what is not we can all use those strategies to find success.
What is your favorite non-fitness outlet to cope with the current stress of the world?
Just being outside and playing with my kids.
How are you giving yourself #permissiontopause?
I watch movies or walk my dog.
