What Is The Reebok Return Policy?

We want you to be passionate about your purchase. If you’re not feeling the love, return your Reebok.com product(s) within 30 days for a full refund.
Face Covers, personalized products, and any products marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you're returning due to a sizing issue, you may be eligible for exchange. Follow the below steps and choose "Free Size Exchange" when you are viewing your order. More details can be found below.

RETURN STEPS

PURCHASES MADE THROUGH REEBOK UNLOCKED

1. Sign In to your Reebok UNLOCKED account

2. Go to your Order History

3. View the order you want to return

4. Click Return Item(s)

5. Check the item(s) you want to return and let us know why

6. Confirm your return

7. Follow the return shipment instructions below


PURCHASES MADE AS A GUEST

1. Go to our Order Tracker 

2. Enter your order number (i.e. RB000000000) and email address, then click Track Order to view your order

3. Click Return Item(s)

4. Check the item(s) you want to return and let us know why

5. Confirm your return

6. Follow the return shipment instructions below


RETURN SHIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Print your return label. No printer? Simply save the FedEx QR code or return label on your mobile device to show during drop off

2. Pack the item(s) you want to return in the original box, or any available to you. If you have created more than one return label, please package the items separately, per return label.

3. Seal the box and place your return label over the original delivery label, or show the return FedEx QR code or return label during drop off

4. Bring your package to a return drop off location. More details on return drop off locations can be found at http://www.fedex.com/easyreturns

5. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return drop off


EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER OR PRODUCT

We only offer exchanges on the same product in a different size at this time. You new product is held for up to 10 days from when you start an exchange. After 10 days your exchange order will be canceled. In the event you mail back the item after the 10 day period we will process it as a normal return and refund your original method of payment.
We want to get you the correct size as quickly as possible, we'll ship out your exchange as soon as FedEx has confirmed your original item is in transit back to us.
To use free exchanges on reebok.com, the package must be sent physically from within the United States. The return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.

RETURNING YOUR ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE

You may return your reebok.com order at a Reebok retail store within the 30 day return window. The original form of payment and confirmation email, or returns sticker from the shipping box, are required for the store to process your return at the full purchase price. If the receipt is not available, in-store credit is given at the current product price.


RETURNING YOUR IN-STORE PURCHASE

In-store returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date as long as merchandise is unused with tags attached. You may return your order to any Reebok retail store.
Footwear must be in the original box. Face covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact your local store for additional details.
If one of our store employees placed an in-store order for you with a tablet and you received these items at home, you have to return the products to our warehouse by following the online return process.


RETURNING REEBOK ITEMS PURCHASED AT ANOTHER STORE OR ONLINE SHOP

If you purchased products at another store or online shop, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to Reebok.
