1. GENERAL TERMS

This Gift Card (the "Card") is a prepaid card issued by Reebok GC Mgmt LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Card, the cardholder ("you," "your," or "Cardholder") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Card is issued for physical retail store merchandise purchases only.

2. CARD VALUE AND PURCHASE

•    This Card is issued with an initial value.
•    The Card balance can be obtained in-store or by calling 844-551-1841
•    All values are in United States Dollars (USD).
•    The Card is non-reloadable; funds cannot be added after initial purchase].
•    Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable.

3. NO EXPIRATION DATE

This Card does not expire. The funds loaded onto this Card have no expiration date and remain valid indefinitely. This Card can be used at any time without penalty or fee. However, please note that any unused balance is non-refundable due to loss or inactivity (see Section 7).

4. NO CASH REDEMPTION

Except as specially permitted herein, this Card cannot be redeemed for cash, checks, or credit in any form. The Card is redeemable only for:
•    Eligible merchandise and products available for sale at Reebok stores in the United States
Any partial balance remaining on the Card after a purchase cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another payment method unless the partial remaining balance is $10 or less (or, solely in the State of Massachusetts, 10% or less of the original balance remains on the card. However, the remaining balance will be retained on the Card for future purchases.

5. REDEMPTION AND USE

How to Use Your Card:
•    Present this Card at the time of purchase at any US Reebok store location. This Card cannot be used online, and cannot be used outside of the United States.
•    The available balance will be automatically deducted from your purchase total.
•    The Card may be used for multiple transactions until the balance is depleted.
•    Only one (1) Gift Card may be redeemed per transaction, except as otherwise permitted by Company.
•    The Card is personal and non-transferable (see Section 8).
Balance Inquiries:
•    You may check your Card balance by asking store staff or by calling 844-551-1841 
•    Balance inquiries are available 24/7.

6. FEES AND CHARGES

No Fees:
There are no maintenance fees, dormancy fees, inactivity fees, or service charges associated with this Card. Your full Card value remains available for redemption at any time.
Applicable Taxes:
All applicable state, local, and federal taxes are the responsibility of the cardholder and will be collected at the time of purchase using Card funds.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED CARDS

Company's Limitation of Liability:

Reebok is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, defective, or unauthorized use of this Card.
•    If your Card is lost or stolen, call 844-551-1841.
•    Replacement Cards are NOT provided unless the loss or damage results directly from Company negligence or error.
•    Cardholders should treat this Card like cash. Please safeguard your Card and do not share the Card number or PIN with others.

Unauthorized Use:

Company is not liable for any unauthorized purchases, fraudulent charges, or misuse of your Card. You assume full responsibility for protecting your Card.

8. NON-TRANSFERABILITY AND ASSIGNMENT

This Card is personal and non-transferable. The Card is issued to the original purchaser only and may not be:
•    Transferred to another person
•    Given as collateral for any loan or debt
•    Resold or auctioned
•    Used by anyone other than the named cardholder or authorized household members

Any attempted transfer voids the terms of this agreement. Company reserves the right to deactivate any Card used in violation of this provision.

9. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

This Card:
•    May only be redeemed at US Reebok Store locations.
•    Cannot be used to purchase items that would be illegal for the purchaser.
•    Is subject to all applicable return and exchange policies.
•    May not be used for illegal purposes or to facilitate money laundering or fraud.

Prohibited Activities:

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Card transaction if it suspects:
•    Illegal activity
•    Fraud or misrepresentation
•    Violation of these Terms and Conditions
•    Unusual or suspicious activity patterns

10. GIFT CARD COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS

These Terms and Conditions comply with:

•    The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations governing gift certificates and prepaid cards (16 CFR Part 1005.20)
•    State gift card laws in the jurisdiction(s) where this Card is sold
•    The Dodd-Frank Act and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) as applicable

11. COMPANY RIGHTS

Company Reserves the Right To:
•    Modify these Terms and Conditions with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Card after notification constitutes acceptance.
•    Suspend or terminate the Card if it is used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or for any illegal activity.
•    Require valid identification before processing any transaction.
•    Investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized use.

12. NO CARDHOLDER LIABILITY FOR ERRORS

If you believe an error has been made on your Card or if you are charged twice for a purchase, please contact Company immediately at:

Company will investigate and resolve errors as soon as possible.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THIS CARD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR TITLE.

Company does not warrant that:
•    The Card will function without interruption or error
•    The Card will be available for use at all times
•    The Card can be used at all authorized locations at all times

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to this Card shall not exceed the remaining balance on the Card at the time of the claim. In no event shall Company be liable for:
•    Lost profits
•    Incidental or consequential damages
•    Punitive damages
•    Damages for lost data or interrupted business

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

All disputes arising out of or related to this Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Ohio.
