Returns & Exchanges

Reebok accepts returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for orders placed through our official U.S. online store (Reebok.com).

Items purchased in retail stores, international websites, or third-party retailers (for example, department stores, resellers, or non-Reebok.com sites) are not eligible for returns through our U.S. return portal and are subject to the return policy of the original retailer.

Returned or exchanged products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with original tags and packaging (including the shoe box).

Should you choose to return an item for a refund to your original payment method, a $5.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing. If you choose store credit, this fee will be waived. 

Returns may take up to 5–7 business days to process once the package has been delivered to our warehouse.

Please note: Items sent back without a return packing slip may take longer to refund. Packing slips are provided with the return shipping label when you register your return through our return portal. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our return requirements may be denied.

Products marked as "FINAL SALE" and shipping fee cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for footwear only. Prefer a different size? Exchanges on sneakers are free and easy. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returning Your In-Store Purchase

For items purchased in-store, returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in its original box. In-store purchases can be returned at the original purchase location or at any Reebok retail store.

Eyewear

We include a 1-year limited warranty on all products and custom lenses, from date of delivery. User damage is not covered under the standard warranty. If there is any defect on your products, contact us for replacement via Lucyd.co (Customer support available 24/7).
