Great Smart ring for a great price
"I knew my ring size. . but I went up one size due to it being thicker than a regular silver ring. It fits perfect on my pointer finger. Charging it works great as long as the prongs are aligned. Once you have the app the data will update/pair each time you open the app & it will tell you how charged your ring is. I bought this mainly to track sleep and it works perfectly and tells you a lot of data. I don’t really care about logging workouts in the app, but you can do that and there’s many choices to pick from. The data then uploads to your Apple health app if you have an iPhone. For the price of this ring vs Oura ring. . can’t beat it. It tracks what I wanted."
