"I bought these for group fitness classes. I do bodypump 4 days/wk and HIIT 3/days, most of them back-to-back. The shoes are perfect for lifting, they keep me stable and offer great arch support. But during HIIT my feet feel very heavy and there is no bounce or spring in these shoes so my ankles get tired. Highly recommend for lifting but I don't agree with the notion that this are cross-training shoes"

"I tried two other training shoes from popular brands, one was way too big for my size, and one fit well but was cheaply made. Returned both, ordered the Nano X5, and LOVE it! It's got room for my toes to spread out, it's comfortable and sturdy, and I've gotten compliments on how good looking they are. Highly recommend - skip the other brands!"
