Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you place an order, we begin processing it immediately so your gear arrives fast. You can’t change or cancel an already-placed order, but you can return item(s) you don’t want.

Or return a product using our Self Service Returns option.

If you want to order something else, simply place a new order online or call our online shop customer service team at 1-866-870-1743. Our team can help with the products you need. If you would prefer to chat with us please use the chat button on the lower right hand corner.
