I didn’t receive my points/I think my points are incorrect. What do I do?

For points to be correctly allocated to your Reebok UNLOCKED ID, you must be signed in when making purchases and completing interactions online or identify yourself as a member in-store by stating your email address. If you have not received the points within 2-3 days of making a purchase, please contact a Customer Service agent via Customer Support on reebok.com.
