RETURN STEPS

How many days do I have to return?
We offer free returns within 30 days of your delivery as long as merchandise is unused with tags attached. Footwear must be in the original box. Orders placed during our holiday period 11/17 - 12/26 can be returned within 60 days of your delivery.

How do I return my order?
We will provide a pre-paid FedEx return label. Simply print and place the label on your return package and drop off at the nearest FedEx location.

How quickly will my return be processed? 
We will process your return within 14 days from the time it is dropped off with FedEx using the provided label from reebok.com. If you selected the eGift card option, please check your email after receiving your return confirmation email as your refund credit will arrive shortly after.

Can I mail back a return using my own label? 
No, returns must be created from reebok.com and mailed back with the trackable FedEx label provided.

Are there any products I cannot return?
Face covers and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How long does an exchange take?
We want to get you the correct size as quickly as possible. We'll ship out your exchange as soon as FedEx has confirmed your original item is in transit back to us.

How long is my exchange request good for? 
Your new product is held for up to 10 days from when you start an exchange. In the event you mail back the item after the 10 day period we will process it as a normal return and refund your original method of payment.

Can I exchange for a different product? 
We only offer exchanges on the same product in a different size at this time.

Are there any products I cannot exchange?
Face covers and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

When will I get my refund? 
Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 14 days of when the return was dropped off at FedEx. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle. If you selected the eGift card option, please check your email after receiving your return confirmation email as your refund credit will arrive shortly after.

How will I be refunded if I paid with a gift card?
Orders paid with a gift cards will be refunded with a new digital gift card, emailed directly to the email address on file for the order. Returns on orders paid partially with a gift card will have the gift card balance refunded in full prior to refunding the credit card on file. 

What is your return policy on product purchased with a discount?
All merchandise purchased through a discount promotion (for example, Buy One Get One Half Off) will be exchanged or returned at the value purchased. See invoice for purchased value. Price adjustments will be made for products not being returned within the promotion.

Will I be refunded for the shipping fee?
No, we do not refund the shipping fee. Sign up for Reebok UNLOCKED and receive free shipping and many other benefits!

What is the return policy for merchandise purchased at Reebok retail stores?
In-store returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date as long as merchandise is unused with tags attached. Footwear must be in the original box. Face covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact your local store for additional details.
 
How do I return items ordered in a Reebok store to be delivered to your home?
If one of our store employees placed an in-store order for you with a tablet and you received these items at home, you have to return the products to our warehouse by following the online return process.
 
How do I return Reebok items purchased at another store or online shop?
If you purchased products at another store or online shop, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to Reebok.
