Try Today's CrossFit Games Inspired Workout

You may not be a CrossFit Games athlete, but that doesn't mean you can't train like one at home.

Listen, we all wish we were CrossFit Games athletes. From the incredible strength to the admirable work ethic, there’s plenty to be inspired by when it comes to the athleticism, fitness, and talent that all the athletes possess. And while we might not quite be ready for their level of competition yet, that doesn’t mean we can’t use some of their workouts to improve at home, and come out of CrossFit Games week a little bit stronger ourselves.

In honor of that idea, we have exclusive, at-home CrossFit workouts, customized by ReebokOne trainer Austin Malleolo, that you can try while you keep up with the 2019 CrossFit Games leaderboard at home. These WODS might not earn you any prize money or glory, they will get your heart racing and get you ready for the CrossFit in October.
