Name: Zathan Simpson
Who are you in 90 characters or less? I am an affiliate owner and personal trainer at CrossFit AC. Originally from Oklahoma, I love the outdoors and helping people achieve goals that they didn’t think were possible.

Why do you teach/train? 
I teach and train because it fills me with so much joy to help others. Helping someone grow confidence in themselves is an amazing feeling.
What classes do you normally teach / what is your training expertise? 
I coach around 18 CrossFit classes per week at my gym when we were open.
How have you adapted your business to still inspire people at home?
We are still inspiring people by staying involved in our members' lives virtually. With zoom classes, zoom happy hours, and constant contact via closed Facebook group, we are engaging with them daily!
Are you currently offering virtual classes? If so, when and how can people join? 
YES! We have 3 CrossFit Classes per day 8:30am, 12pm, and 4:30pm. We also have a strictly cardio class called SWEAT that we do daily at 9:30am!
What advice would you give to other fitness professionals to get through these times?
Do everything you can to continue to engage! Lots of content so you can stay relevant in their lives!
How can fitness professionals lift each other up right now?  
By reaching out to one another and bouncing off ideas on how to stay relevant.
What is your favorite non-fitness outlet to cope with the current stress of the world? 
Smoking food on my smoker out in the sun with some good country tunes on!
How are you giving yourself #permissiontopause? 
Telling myself it’s for my mentals.
